Artist Check-in is from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Your display area should be set up no later than 3:00 pm. A continental breakfast will be available throughout the morning in each tent. Lunch will be served at the food court from 11:30 am until 2:00 pm.

For those interested in attending, our Artist Seminar will be held from 8:30 am to noon at the Sweetheart Winery at 5500 West Highway 34 in Loveland. George Lundeen, sculptor, and Suzanne Janssen, City of Loveland Art in Public Places, will be our speakers. A continental breakfast and mimosas will be served. Vendors will be in attendance.

The Patron Party opens at 3:00 pm and closes at 8:00 pm. Artists should arrive at their display area in the park no later than 2:30 to be ready to greet our invited patrons. This is a dressy, “adults only” event. Please avoid jeans and shorts. Dresses or pantsuits for the ladies and slacks and sports shirts for the men are encouraged. There is no reserved parking for the artists. Please arrive early and park in the neighborhood streets to the East of Beech Drive. Please do not park on Beech Drive during the Patron Party. No one under 21 will be allowed on the grounds Friday night.

The show opens to the public at 9:30 am and closes at 5:00 pm. Artists should arrive at the park no later than 9:15 am.
