Tyler Stinson

Tyler Stinson is an American sculptor working primarily in stainless steel and bronze. Raised in a three-generation family tradition of metal fabrication and artmaking, he developed his practice through hands-on studio work rather than formal academic training. His sculptures explore movement, tension, and balance through flowing abstract forms that twist, fold, and suspend in space. Each piece is fabricated entirely by hand. Designed for architectural settings and open landscapes, his work engages with light, the environment, and the surrounding space to create a shifting visual experience. Stinson’s sculptures are installed in public and private collections across the United States, including the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs and Louisville Community Park near Boulder. Stinson lives and works in the American Southwest.
