Todji is a sculptor and storyteller whose career spans sculpture, stop-motion animation, public art, and international creative work. He began sculpting at age eight and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with postgraduate studies in figurative sculpture at the New York Academy of Art. His decade-long career in stop-motion animation included work on James and the Giant Peach and collaborations with artists such as Tim Burton.

Drawing inspiration from nature, travel, spirituality, and diverse cultural experiences, Todji developed his signature “Figurative Forced Perspective” style, characterized by expressive forms and exaggerated proportions. His sculptures are exhibited in public art collections, sculpture parks, and private and corporate collections across four continents. His work has also been featured at Art Basel Miami, Burning Man, music festivals, galleries, and major cultural events. A longtime practitioner of Capoeira and an accomplished musician and filmmaker, Todji brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his sculpture and a deep belief in using art to inspire connection, creativity, and a more beautiful world.
