Shari Vines

Loveland, Colorado

Born in Minnesota and raised in the desert of southeastern Washington, Shari turned to sculpting after retiring from a 30+ year career in high tech. Her style is representational but often morphs to whimsy as she discovers the spirit and energy of each subject. Shari has exhibited in galleries in Santa Fe, Denver, and Beaver Creek, CO. Her work can be found in private and public collections in the U.S. and abroad. Her monumental sculpture, Harmony of Hearts, is installed at the hospice care center in Ft. Collins, CO, capturing the sacred relationship between caregivers and patients. Her life-size great blue heron was selected in 2023 for permanent placement in Benson Sculpture Garden. This is Shari's eleventh year exhibiting at Sculpture in the Park.
