Michelle Lamb

Specializing in thought-provoking pieces, Michelle Lamb manipulates found objects, re-contextualizing them to fit unconventional narratives. Meticulous remodifications make objects integral to the whole, creating identification riddles for the viewer. Lamb prefers deconstructing obsolete machinery and using vintage gadgets for their patina. Having received numerous awards, she's had art displayed at Republic Plaza, art venues around Colorado, and in the collections of Kaiser Permanente, the City of Littleton, and RTD. A multidisciplinary artist, Lamb received her BFA from CSU and has taught various forms of sculpture locally, nationally, and internationally.
