Kat Warwick

From a place of curiosity, Kat Warwick creates stories in stone. Through this magical partnership with the natural world, Kat’s work provides opportunities for discovery. It is this ancient human/stone partnership that captures her heart, allowing stone to become her muse. Kat holds a BFA from UNT. She continues her education through practice, experimentation and workshops such as Marble/marble in Colorado. Kat received an award from Jed Morse, Head Curator/Nasher Sculpture Center/Dallas, TX. When not creating, she is a juror, gallery director, teacher and event sculptor. Her work can be found at The Aldredge House Museum in Dallas TX, and in multiple public places and private collections throughout the U.S.
