Kara Kish is the Director of Loveland Parks and Recreation. She relocated to Loveland in May 2023. Kara is a personal collector of art and sculpture. Her interests include reading, hiking, cooking, solving crosswords, and playing Scrabble. (Don’t forget to ask her about her Scrabble club!)

Kara has joined the board for the 2025 term.

“Serving on the board is the perfect blend of my professional and personal passions. As the LPRD Director, I oversee the management of Benson Sculpture Park. And, I personally value the impact sculpture brings to a public space, and the experience of art in our parks. Two pieces of sculpture from the show have found their way into my home, and their beauty affects me every day. I am proud to be a part of the team that continues to support and sustain this experience for others.”
