Jeremy Verne

Jeremy is a self-taught, lifelong artist and woodworker who carves organic, abstract sculpture from select hardwoods. A weekend furniture maker for most of his life, his discovery of sculpture in 2018 resulted in him leaving a 25-year design career to pursue art full-time, winning 'Best in 3D' at his first juried show. As a member of the National Sculpture Society, his work can be found in galleries in Denver and Steamboat Springs and in private collections across the country. "I am the product of an artistic mother and a mathematical father and draw on those backgrounds in my pursuit to create works that are technically complex, yet warm and animated."
