James G. Moore

Wenatchee, Washington

After teaching art in public schools for 15 years, James Moore made the leap of faith to become a full-time sculptor in 2007. Since then, he has been recognized for his beautiful, award-winning bronze and mixed-media sculptures. He is especially known for his bronze garden bells, which bring together Western wildlife themes with an Asian aesthetic. James loves making functional pieces that draw people to interact with the art physically. Jim and his Wife reside in Wenatchee, Washington, where they maintain a studio, care for a couple of pets, enjoy time with friends and family, and spend lots of time in the awesome outdoors.
