Jade Windell

Jade, a Colorado native, received a scholarship to the Marble Institute of Colorado. His sculptures have been installed in Iowa; Minnesota; Missouri; and South Dakota, where he was awarded a best of show; Wyoming, where he took First Place in Sculpture at the Western Spirit Art Show; and the Colorado cities of Longmont, Loveland, Fort Collins, Carbondale, Lafayette, Greeley, and Estes Park, where he won the Founder’s Award in the Art Center of Estes Park’s Lines Into Shapes juried exhibition.
In 2019, Jade’s largest sculpture to date, "Why Oh Why", was chosen for permanent installation in the Benson Sculpture Garden.
Jade has been a part of the sculpture show for decades, serves on Loveland’s Visual Arts Commission, and is a board member of Loveland High Plains Arts Council.
