Fred Lunger

Parker, Colorado

Fred has been creating bronze sculptures for the last 25 years. Sculpting challenges him to translate his ideas into a work of art that invites the viewer to interact with it. He studied fine arts at Metropolitan State University in Denver and the Art Students League of Denver.

In 2011, Fred completed the permanent installation of Gathering Place for Alameda Square in Denver. In 2014, the city of Broomfield purchased his River Otter sculpture, and Nordblom Company purchased one of his sculptures during the Carbondale, 2023 Art Around Town program. For 2026, Fred will have four sculptures on display in Lafayette, Northglenn, Evergreen, and Colorado Springs.
