Denise Bohart

A glass artist for more than two decades, Denise Bohart has for many years drawn much artistic and spiritual inspiration from the natural world – specifically the mountains, rivers and forests around her home in the Colorado mountains. Recently she has begun exploring more conceptual work – while still abstract in design, her work has begun to be more abstract in inspiration as well. Marked by flowing lines and a sense of movement, her 2D and 3D fused glass creations exude a feeling of peace and serenity while still leaving ample room for the viewer’s own unique experience.
