I have always been passionate about art and creative endeavors, drawing much of my inspiration from my grandfather, a woodcarver. In college, I took multiple art classes, including a sculpture class where I was able to carve in wood and sculpt in clay. After college, I looked for a job working with natural stone to learn how to work with it in pursuit of sculpting. Over the past 10 years working in stone restoration, I have begun sculpting on the side, focusing on creating abstract works that enhance the beauty of the stone.
