Please note: Each Take Home a Piece of the Park requires a separate form. Fill out one form for each piece. You’re welcome to show an additional piece in your area, but one must be in the Take Home tent to avoid confusion. This is an additional piece in your area that does not count in the display totals.
You will be responsible for taking any unsold pieces home with you. If an unsold piece is left behind, it will be your responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
