Les Powers is honored that this will be his sixth year participating in the Loveland Sculpture in the Park. It all started 40+ years ago when he combined wood, stone, and metals into sculptures. His inspiration comes from the Southwest, which has many colors and weathered forms.

Every shape comes from all the elements that have a say in existence. He has received the best show at Indian Wells in recent years and awards at many other art festivals, such as Sedona, Denver, LaQuinta, and Carefree, to name a few, also, in several galleries, including Wild Holly Gallery in Carefree, AZ, and Horses in Motion Gallery in Tubac, AZ.
