Following my heart has been advice that I have tried to live by for the later years of my life. Coming to my art career later in life has been such a joy. My foundation was many workshops with amazing sculpture artists, such as Sharon Sommers and Brendan Hesmondalgh. Being included in galleries, Higher Art in Traverse City, where my work has been sold nationally. For the third time being selected to exhibit a piece at the Dennos Museum in Traverse City where I won the Volunteer Choice Award. So I’ll continue to follow my heart to bring joy to others through my love of nature and sculpture.
