C.M. “Chip” Jones

Stevensville, Montana

Over thirty years of crafting bronze Chip Jones has developed a unique technique of throwing molten bronze to create rich textured work that is found only in his art collection.

After earning a degree in Art education he went on to teach at the high school level. He built his personal bronze foundry “BigRock Bronze Works” in 1997. He has participated in the Russell Auction and the Out West art show for the past 17 years. His work can be found in fine lodges and homes in all 50 States. In 2023 Chip won the People’s Choice award at the Out West Art Show. In 2024 Chip won Best of Show for 3 dimensional work at the Out West Art Show.
