Bud Buger

Bemidji, Minnesota

Bud was born and raised in Minnesota and loved hunting and fishing. Bud's interest in art started as a child, when, as a third-generation artist, he sculpted in paraffin wax and painted with oil and watercolors. His art education continued through high school and college, and grew through his life experiences. Following a tour of duty in the Air Force, his love for the outdoors became the foundation of a successful 30-year career in retail, co-owning and operating Burger Brothers Sporting Goods with his twin brother Ted. Now retired from retail, Bud has the time and opportunity to capture his outdoor memories through his art form of choice, sculpting.

Bud’s sculptures are on display throughout the United States, numerous provinces of Canada, Mexico, Europe, and South Africa.
