Special Requests Questionnaire

Must Be Submitted on or before July 15, 2024.

Check-in for all artists is 8:00 am through 12:00 pm, Thursday, August 8, 2024. All booth spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of some booths that are pre-assigned by SITP Show Management for artists with special needs or qualifications. Artists with special qualifications are determined by SITP Show Managers based upon the length of time they have been participants or show responsibilities over and above participation.

Artists with special needs must fit within the following categories:

1.       Participants in need of special consideration due to physical or mental health conditions.

2.       Participants whose work must be hung on a substantial perimeter wall.

3.       Participants that have large pieces that must be displayed outside the tent booth space.

4.       Participants whose work requires electricity.

If you do not fit within one of the above categories, please plan on first checking in at the show office and then choosing your booth space on Thursday, August 8, between 8:00 am and noon. Your Tent Managers will help you identify and choose from the available booth spaces.
